  • "To the owner(s) of Ohio Motorcycle On Saturday, 6/14/08, while heading out from Michigan for a week vacation in Pennsylvania, I experienced a rear flat tire. I think the nail entered the tire just after crossing the Michigan/Ohio border and we drove for about 140 miles befroe stopping at the Ohio Turnpike service area near your dealership. While getting gas the tire went flat. After calling 2 other dealerships in the area, I was fortunate to call your dealership. What a great experience working with the parts and service department. A friend riding with me had a tire plug kit and we were able to get the tire inflated enough to get to your dealership just after 4:00 pm on Saturday. Your parts department had the tire ready for Mike and Art of your service department to install and get us back on our vacation. Art was very professional and had a can do attitude on what for most people would be a time to wind down for the day. I could go on and on about the experience but your dealership turned what could have been a long miserable weekend waiting for Monday into a very enjoyable 2100 mile week of vacation.   • "I just got a Lime green 2008 Kawasaki Ninja 250R. Eric Gotham from the sales initially communicated with when I asked for a quote. He send me a mail at 6 AM on a Sunday morning (the dealership is closed on Sunday). I don't have to tell more why I was so impressed instantly. Finally Eric helped me out with his valuable suggestions about choosing the right one (I had a little doubt in between the Kawasaki 250R and the 600R). I personally was very satisfied even with the after sales communications, he answered all of my odd questions. In the Finance department Laura Giterman was wonderful and helped me choose the right finance, warrenty and suggested the insurances and the whole experience was very personal. During the delivery of the vehicle the gentlemen in the service department (excuse me, I am sure I will remember their name after the first service) was very helpful and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I really appreciated you guys and hopefully it will be a long lasting relationship with your dealership."

  • "When I was looking to buy a scooter in Aug of 06 I was interested in a Honda Reflex and I had looked at the Honda dealer about 5 minutes from my house and after I thought about it I was almost going to put a deposit on a 06 Honda Helex since they did not have any Honda Refelxs in stock. And then I called Cleveland Akron Honda and talked to Mike and asked him what he had in stock for motor scooters and he asked what model are you interested in and I said I was interested in the Honda Reflex and he said we do have some 06's in stock, He also said that he had a 04 that was brand new never titled. So I asked him the price and he told me and I told I would be right out that day. So when I got there I met up with Mike and I looked at the bike and one other and I ended up buying the 04 Honda Reflex and I have been happy with every since. Since I have had it for a year and six months anytime I needed service work the service department has always done well for me. And parts department has done well too. It was well worth the drive and I will continue to see you guys when I need something for My 04 Honda Reflex Thank you Vince"

I can't tell you how many times I have gone to Honda Northwest and ordered parts for my restoration projects and 99 times out of 100 the parts department staff have helped me with part numbers or suggested the correct parts.   • "I bought my vstar from cleveland/northshore because it was close for service. I even bought a extended service policy, now they are going out and i have to drive a long distance for service. I am not very happy due to the fact that not even a memo was sent out. Is this how customers are treated? I am looking at getting a differant bike now, i don't appreciate this at all."

  • "I am overall very pleased with the 04 yfz 450 with the exception of the availability of certain parts. I purchased the kickstart kit for my quad back in Feb 2006. After I paid for the items, I found out they were on backorder. I received the internal parts after a few weeks, which was no big deal and installed them. The heartburn I am having is that I was told by the Yamaha Corp. in California that the kick lever was on backorder until Jun 4, 2006. I just spoke with Steve at the Yamaha Corp. and he told me that the part still is not available. If I had known this I would not have spent close to $300.00 on these parts until I knew they were in stock and I wouldn't have to keep checking the status. I am usually a patient person, but I am starting to get upset. I can't believe that the kick lever would take this long to get. After this incident, this may be my last Yamaha product that I buy."
